January 2, 2020 became a shocking day for Avia Tech family and trainees. One of Avia Tech's founders, the very own HR and Marketing Manager, Ms. Maria Dolores P. Martinez, also known as Ma’am Doy passed away.
Ma'am Doy will always be remembered as the cheerful and welcoming HR and Marketing Manager that made the employees and trainees feel at home. Her smiles, advises and sumptuous cooking will forever be etched in everyone's hearts.
As seen together with this article, her marketing assistant made a very touching poem for her. This just shows how well she impacted people's lives when she was still alive.
