Engr. Rolando S. Gatchalian is a Level 3 Instructor that started his career in Philippine Airline up to lead A&P master mechanic, migrated to USA and worked as a US FAA A&P master mechanic in San Antonio Texas for almost a decade, then accepted a job as an FAA Mechanic in Gulf Air.
After his tour of duty he became an Aircraft Inspector at the Singapore Airline Engineering Philippines for 3 years, then again as OFW in Nigeria Africa @ First Nation Airways as Quality Manager, now, he is currently employed in Dornier Technology as Base Maintenance Head. He has a US FAA A&P mechanic licenses & CAAP AMT License Ratings.
Said seminar was held at the Airbus - Workshop Area of Avia Tech last July 31, 2019, Wednesday. The topics discussed were all about Tool Control, Corrosion Control and Foreign Object Damage/Debris (FOD).
The seminar came as a package with breakfast, lunch and 3 certificates and had 60 attendees.
