Way back 2017, the company started a practice that will surely make the students and staffs enjoy their stay at Avia Tech. For the students, the company celebrates Acquaintance Parties and Sports Fests. For the faculty staff members, the company celebrates recognition's, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Parties.
Around September of 2018, the first Sports Fest for the students was held with activities such as basketball and swimming. It was the trainees vs. the staff members game. Avia Tech makes sure that the students are not just learning but also, they are enjoying and having fun too.
Aside from the training's, Avia Tech also exercises the spirituality of their students through Alpha, a UK based curriculum designed to teach the holy trinity, the father, the son, and the holy spirit for the trainees. It is a part of personality development that injects Christian lecture. The corporation believes that through spiritual guidance, the attitude of the person will lead to a good path.
Through this kind of events, the family in Avia Tech is continuously growing together and at the same time, getting stronger together.
