Birth of Avia Tech International Training Academy, Inc.

Avia Tech International Training Academy, Inc. was issued as a corporation by the

Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last January 19, 2017 together with the

four Filipino incorporators, Ma. Consolacion P. Martinez, Ma. Dolores P. Martinez,

Encarnita A. Lamoc, Emma C. Nier, and an American, Stanley O. Othuru. The

corporation’s initial purpose is to offer review and examination for the European

Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) CAT A. Sometime in February, a school from

Germany, Aero-Building EASA 147 visited and had an agreement with Avia Tech.
